Meet Ian Watson, Founder
Ian grew up in California, moving from place to place, often in neighborhoods that didn't always get a fair shot. Every new address meant starting over: new streets, new faces, and the constant question of who you could trust.
That stuck with him. He saw how much a home shapes a family, and how much a neighborhood shapes a future. He also saw how often the people going through the hardest moments had the least say in what happened next.
Years later, he went back to see one of the homes he grew up in. Today it's a preschool, in a neighborhood that has completely turned around. That moment showed him what a home can become when the right people write its next chapter.
