Terms of Service
Effective October 16, 2026
These Terms explain the rules for using Doorbloom (“Doorbloom”, “we”, “us”), including our website and app at doorbloom.com. By creating an account or using Doorbloom, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
1. What Doorbloom is
Doorbloom is an online platform that helps homeowners and real estate investors and professionals find and connect with each other.
Doorbloom does not buy or sell homes, is not a real estate broker or agent, and does not represent any user in a transaction. We do not make offers, negotiate, give legal, tax or financial advice, or guarantee that any home will sell or that any offer will be made. Any offer comes from an independent user, and nothing is binding until the parties sign their own purchase agreement.
2. Who can use Doorbloom
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use Doorbloom for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business. Homeowners should only list homes they own or are authorized to represent.
3. Your account
Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password private, and tell us right away at doorbloomapp@gmail.com if you think someone has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. For homeowners
- Describe your home honestly, including its condition and any issues you know about. Do not post photos or content you do not have the right to share.
- You decide who you connect with. Your name, email and phone number are shared only with professionals you choose to connect with, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are never required to respond to anyone, accept an offer or sell. You may still have legal obligations, such as seller disclosure requirements, if you choose to sell.
- We encourage you to get independent advice, for example from a real estate agent, attorney or inspector, before you agree to anything.
5. For investors and professionals
- Represent yourself and your business truthfully, and hold any licenses your activities require.
- Follow all applicable laws, including fair housing, consumer protection, privacy and telemarketing laws.
- Use homeowner information only to discuss that home with that homeowner. Do not copy, sell or share it, or add it to marketing lists.
- Contact homeowners only after they choose to connect with you, and stop when they ask you to.
- Be clear and honest about any offer, its terms and your role. Do not pressure homeowners or misrepresent who you are.
6. Things you may not do
- Post false, misleading, discriminatory, harassing or unlawful content.
- Impersonate anyone, or create accounts using someone else’s information.
- Scrape, harvest or collect information from Doorbloom by automated means.
- Interfere with the security or operation of Doorbloom, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Use Doorbloom to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
7. Fees
Doorbloom is free for homeowners. We may offer paid features for investors and professionals. Any fees will be shown clearly before you pay, and paid features will have their own terms, which form part of these Terms.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post, such as photos and descriptions. You give Doorbloom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share that content as needed to run Doorbloom, for example showing your home to professionals. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others already received it through a connection you made or where we must keep it by law.
9. Our content
The Doorbloom name, logo, website and app are owned by Doorbloom and protected by law. You may not copy or use them without our permission, except as needed to use Doorbloom normally.
10. Other users and third parties
Doorbloom does not verify everything users say and is not responsible for what users do, say or agree to, on or off Doorbloom. Use your own judgment when dealing with others. Links to outside websites, such as county offices, are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
11. Disclaimers
Doorbloom is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Doorbloom will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any connection, offer or sale will happen.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Doorbloom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Doorbloom or your dealings with other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to Doorbloom is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Doorbloom harmless from claims and costs arising from your content, your use of Doorbloom, your dealings with other users, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Ending your use
You can stop using Doorbloom and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as disclaimers and limitation of liability, survive after your account ends.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, unless the law requires otherwise.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Doorbloom changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant we will let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Doorbloom after the changes means you accept them.
